Right of cancellation

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without providing any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) take possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please follow these steps:

  1. Notification: Inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by submitting a clear statement via email to info@nobsclothing.eu It is sufficient if you send your notification within the withdrawal period.

  2. Withdrawal Form (Optional): You may – but do not have to – use the sample withdrawal form provided below.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, the following will apply:

  • Return of Goods: Please return the goods to us without delay and within 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. You will be deemed to have met the return deadline if you dispatch the goods before the end of the 14-day period. All items must be returned in their original condition (unworn and unwashed), including possible manufacturer packaging, tags, and any accessories. Important: You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

  • Refund: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs (except any additional costs incurred if you choose a shipping method different from our standard, lowest-cost option) as soon as your package has been received and the products have been checked. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed upon with you, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

  • Depreciation: You are liable for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss is attributable to handling of the goods in a manner beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
